Introducing my latest foster greyhound Jimmy. Sometimes an extremely nervous dog comes into the kennels; fear is a genetic trait, so this anxiety around new things is just part of their personality. Dogs like this can really struggle to find a home as they are unlikely to sell themselves to potential owners. Ohhh bless just like my boy! They are the sweetest gentlest sensitive souls..but you can't help fall madly in love with them..Jimmy is a cutie!

Hello! I'm going through this process with a recently adopted galgo described as fearful, and in his case unfortunately due more to abuse and abandonment than genetics. Luckily, I have another happy, socialised galgo giving me a helping paw. Seeing the change in Jimmy is very motivating ! Thanks !

Poor little man 😔 galgos can have very complex needs. So glad he found you!

Thank you, yes, he did so well he's staying...Jimmy and Gandalf really hit it off and its been fantastic for both of them 😃
Jimmy is such a handsome blue! I think he'll end up being quite a xheeky chap!!! He looks very much like Fairy the greyhound who lives in Essex. Was Jimmy an ex Irish racer? Fairy was.

The blues are stunning, arent they! Yes, Jimmy is Irish, so many are in the UK
They are all so lovely. The most wonderful breed of dog. My sister has a greyhound and she is so lovely, hence we are adopting our own. How would you recommend we introduce two female greyhounds that are both a bit nervous? Xx
