A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MORKIE 🐶 PUPPY | HARLEM GREW SO MUCH FROM 8 WEEKS TO 5 MONTHS

In today’s video I'm sharing the different footage of moments spent with my Morkie, Harlem! 🐶
We picked Harlem up when he was 8 weeks old and in a few days he will be 6 months (about 7 years old in dog years). We can not believe all of the growth spurts he has gone through and watching his development in this short time has been amazing.
Harlem went from being afraid to go u and down the stairs to beating us both when going up and down the stairs. We used to be able to keep Harlem barricaded in with a baby gate and now he climbs over, pushes past and goes around it like nothing. And around the 4 month period he started to bark and developed a growl when he sensed something or someone's presence.
He's gotten more comfortable with us touching his paws, tail and face and grooming has gotten easier (says the groomer...lol) We have enjoyed this time so much and couldn't image our lives without him. For his 6month old birthday I will be taking him to the veterinarian for a check up to make sure all is going well so far and Harlem graduates from his Puppy Training class!!!b He is definitely growing up fast!!!

Yesss.. Harlem is truly my baby! He is my first dog and I just couldn't imagine life without him. 💙🐶

@@teaque919 we have a morkie girl who follows me around like a shadow. I got her for my wife but this pup is literally my soulmate Lol. She’s GLUED to me and I wouldn’t want it any other way ❤️

@@MrJruta OMG!!! You are describing Harlem to a T! I call him my little bodyguard cause if I move an inch he is on my heels..lol. And my husband believes it’s like this b/c Harlem is a boy. Perhaps we need to get a female Morkie so that she can be stuck to him like glue the way your dog is. 😁

Ohhh yesss. He started barking around 4 months and also started developing a sense of protection when he thought he heard a noise in another part of the house. He would bark and then go to check on the sound he heard. #mylittleprotector

Yes, they are just like children. Need shots, have to take daily care of them like wiping their face and brushing their teeth. They have doctor's visits and grooming appts.. it is definitely work.
Why do yt people always think that our dogs are aggressive? That “awww, you’re sweet” made me feel some type of way 😠

It's funny because Harlem barks a lot, especially when I walk him and when we cross other dogs and I always find myself explaining that he's not an aggressive dog. I believe he barks out of curiosity and to show his presence. And for most people who love dogs they don't pay his barking any mind lol.
