MEESHO NEW CLAIM PROCESS UPDATE 2024 || FAIR PRICE CALCULATOR || Meesho selling guide
As per the new update on 24 June 2024, meesho has sent a notice to all the suppliers with the headline "Important Update to Your Claims Refund Process".
Further this notice says; Dear Supplier,
We hope this email finds you well. We are writing to inform you about an important update to the refund process for return claims. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to streamline operations, enhance the efficiency of our platform, and ensure that genuine claims get approved.
What's Changing?
Effective today, we will only be refunding the fair price of the product (calculated with the fair price calculator) for which the return claim has been approved. The reverse shipping fee will no longer be included in the refund amount.
What Does This Mean for You?
Refund Amount: Moving forward, the refund amount you see in the supplier payments panel will reflect only the fair price of the returned product, calculated using our fair price calculator. The reverse shipping cost will not be part of this refund and you/seller will bear the reverse shipping cost.
Why This Change?
This adjustment is designed to improve the sustainability of our return process. We believe this change will enhance the overall health of our platform, allowing us to continue providing a competitive marketplace for all our suppliers.
If you are selling on meesho or planning to sell on meesho in 2024 then this video will help you understand the complete claim process for the claims you raised. Once you raise a claim for the wrong returns, meesho will calculate the amount using the fair price calculator.

Meesho par selling shuru krna meri galti thi. meesho par selling krte rehna mera durbhagya hai.
Meesho ab khud ke hi pairo mai kulhadi mar rha h jab seller ko itna kam profit hoga toh wha aayga hi kon isse accha toh log fb or Instagram par kma rhe h .. ab meesho ko band hone mai jayda time nhi h
Re open our reject claim ticket in last month .....and approved valid claim by 3 pl reject.....I have noticed that some old claim are approved by meesho...jo pahele 3 pl ne reject Kiya hua tha....pehele ye nahi hota that.....pahele agar reject hai to reject hi hota tha....agar vo valid hai fir bhi reject hi hota hai.....ab usme ye hua hai ki wo reopen karke approval de Raha hai......jiski vajah che ye change Kiya hai....I think so.....

Sab meesho par sale nhi krna chahte fir bhie profit par or sale kar rhe hai
20-30% claim hardly....aur bina attempt kiye product disposal main daal dete hain aur uska claim to ye dete hi nehi

50per approve hote hai, and now claim will be very low...have to increase price of products
Fair price calculations are valid for platforms with reasonable return %. Meesho is by far the industry leader in return and product thefts, but with the lowest claim pass %. Enforcing such a policy will only force the seller to further increase the price or not sell particular products on this platform where margins are low.

When there was wrong return or missing return then seller used to get refund of some part of reverse shipping fees also but now on the seller will not get it. Rishi sir you make good videos but get your facts right for this.
