Those first 2 cards confused me, red for cleric and blue for warrior. I was expecting red to be warriors and blue or white for cleric.

Hm... curious why they went with a 2D cutout of a block for the player markers (e.g on point board and Colosseum tile). I *really* want to back this cuz I love LoW and this looks like a good family game but I'm hesitating... no STRETCH goals? That's no fun... I think stretch goals like a 3D player marker would be nice! Even the screenings on the meeples could have been made to be a stretch and that would have been fine too... maybe keep the initial cost a little lower? I personally don't need the screened meeples actually. Gah... torn. :P

it's a good point, i didn't think about it but you're right, it is weird to represetn players by a colored crate, rather than something a bit fancier.

Thinning peasants from your pool when you have corruption and not lots of specialists seems like a bad idea.

you'll always be picking up more as they flock to you in the city from attacked districts, so the game is definitely ABT (always be thinning) :)

what would happen if you fight a monster and the replacement monster that comes up is for a spot in the city that already has 3 monsters in it

then you get to chose what other district it goes in (which could be a form of denial if your opponent wants to use that district and you donj't)

Richard, What is so bad about peasants?? I think that the worst thing you can draw is corruption. Corruption serves absolutely NO purpose... At least you can do something with peasants.

corruption can be put to great use in many of the towers. it can also be converted by clerics once upgraded :)

13:30 Since you where taking a extra peasant anyways on the blue tile, the change made zero difference (other than getting a warrior instead of a cleric). The amount of peasants gained is the same with either move, so wouldn't call it "the better move" in this specific case.

Actually i would say the red was the better choice because then it would be more expensive for your opponent to kick you out of the university because of the +1 from the overrun (i assume it works that way)
