Apparently the reason why so many people are speaking out against it is because for one, they think it's unfair that people go to jail and serve their time but spend twice that amount of time on probation with unrealistic rules and regulations, for example no police contact of any kind for a non violent crime. Why it's specifically under so much scrutiny is the circumstances under which they're saying he violated his probation. Those being, doing a wheelie on his Atv which he apparently did to entertain kids. The wheelie is what caused the violation of his probation not the fact that he was riding the Atv, which is fair, if he knew that's not something he was supposed to do he shouldn't have. The unapproved travel was due to a miscommunication on his probation officer's part, not his. He got his wisdom tooth pulled, got addicted to the pain killers they gave him, wanted to go to rehab and told them where he was going. They approved the application but due to the mistake on the form, which was no fault of his own, they counted that as a violation of his probation. And as for the 'assult' in the airport which was actually an argument, he was trying to deescalate the situation in which case even the police who reported to the scene said he did the right thing, however due to the 'no police contact' rule he was still charged. That's why people are upset. That's why people are saying it's ridiculous, because it is. I know it's jk news and y'all aren't actually a legit source of news but sometimes I wish you guys would put a little more effort into researching the information you share and how you relay the story because it gives the wrong impression. All the information I shared is just as easy to access and from just as reputable sources as the story you told.

Alright, I love the jk fam and all of their channels but this was poorly reported I understand that being the person with the laptop is so demanding but Tiff do a 10 min Search of what happening. He was arrested for BREAKING UP a fight not for fighting in the airport even police rooted in his favour. The "illegal travel" was when he went out of state to get rehab which he told the judge but there was miscommunication. And he was also arrested for popping a wheelie to entertain kids. If you relayed this information onto the others their thoughts would be alot different. Just try to look for more than one creditable source and look for cooberation. There is a lot of information missed here. 1. He was breaking up a fight at the airport. Even the police noted that and thanked him. And the charges were dropped. 2. He left so he could check himself into rehab after having a surgery and being addicted to the pain killers. 3. The prosecutors themselves did not want jail time. 4.
