Ingredients:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 80 g
Honey (liquid)180 g
Vegetable oil 40 g
Salt ¼ tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Flour 225 g
Cinnamon 1 tsp (optional)
Cream:
Sour cream 300 g
Heavy cream 200 g
Powdered sugar 50-80 g
Vanilla extract 1 tsp.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes
Baking sheet 30x40 cm
