@@ZarisWhiteFoot Fan explained that it is good below diamond (you can check on his tier list) because enemy team won't keep up with the soaking this ult provides.
ARAM W Valla is a great choice if you expect heavy focus or you need wave clear. It's also the easiest to keep your Hatred stacks up on if you like that synergy. SL W is probably never the right choice unless you're newer to the character.
