    The way you described mindfulness was spot on. It is exactly about being in the moment and noticing the things that we don't typically notice like the sound of the washing machine. I would encourage those who wish to practice mindfulness to download the app called Stop, Breathe, & Think for guided meditation and mindfulness. It's amazing the impact that 5 minutes of mindfulness or meditation can have on your day. Great video!
