I did the meditation MEm Hey Shin for healing on a particular evening with a lot of focus and intention for my sister who has spent a year without healing of an open wound in her back. The next day I recieved a call from her to let me know that her surgeon has finally seen a major progress in her healing. For me this was a miracle.

what a REVELATION...I am on this journey to lift my spirituality ( I am from Christianity) and I just knew there was something more...and I don't speak Hebrew but I have learned a lot with the prayers I have been learning...Ana Bekoach..the Aaronic blessing and just listening to music. I may not understand some of the things you say we must do here but I will meditate on this, it left me feeling so free and knowing that my world has shifted. Hi KG, I left Christianity last year and my life has changed tremendously for I began to understand the true message of G-d by reading Torah and getting deeply involved in understanding. If I may, I would recommend to you to follow Noahide World Center and every Sunday they teach Torah (we are on the third chapter of Genesis but you can search Rabbi Chaim Goldberg and find his past videos. He teaches us every little detail about the words the letters the root of the words why it was used in a particular instance. You think you knew your Bible I tell you it's another level.. I also wish to recommend to you to watch Torah and Science from Rabbi Yosef Mizrachi and if you have any questions about Jesus and the New Testament you must watch Rabbi Tovia Singer's videos. You will no longer be in the dark but rapidly getting close to HaShem the one and only L-rd our G-d in heavens. Anastazia Stiglitz If you acknowledge Christ as a Messiah you probably already burned your Old Testament and scratched off all references from your New Testament to OT? Right? Assuming you have read and fully understood the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Malachi, Zephaniah, Zechariah where the Messiah and his role and what will happen in the world when he comes (first and the last time). I noticed Christians don’t read much of the Holy Book but here’s a verse that might pique your interest about what will happen when the Messiah comes and you can compare it to your beliefs. And please remember Jesus was a Jew and he mentioned on Matthew 5:18 that the law will not change. Meaning whatever G-d has said he will not change his word. Just like the Rainbow we see on the sky which is his covenant with earth dwellers that there will never be another flood he also spelled out what will happen in the times of Messiah . Here you can read it yourself Zechariah 9:23 “ Thus said the LORD of Hosts: In those days, ten men from nations of every tongue will take hold-they will take hold of every Jew by a corner of his cloak and say, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”

The hamotzi (המוציא) blessing that we do before we eat bread. We wash our hands by putting water on each of our hands 3x in the right and 3x on the left. We say a prayer and we bless the bread. This are judaism traditional and laws before and after we eat bread. 5:06. Is Netilat Yadayim- in the morning when we get up we wash our hands to get rib of impurities that the our soul passed while we where sleeping. בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה׳ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הָעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְּשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ עַל נְטִילַת יָדַיִם Baruch ata Adonai, Eloheinu Melech ha-olam, asher kidshanu b’mitzvotav vitzivanu al n’tilat yadayim. While saying this we lift our hand almost the the level of the eyes but in judaism we have different custom. You can go to Chabad.org many information there also you can find the prayer there for Hamotzi. But according to some rabbis some prayers are just given to the jews. Also some commandments like putting tefilin (the boxes that go on the head and hand) and you also have to believe in one G-d. I hope that information help you but keep searching and never give up. Universal truths don’t have a religion, once you know the truth about something, then the religions become useless. For example: Once you know the laws of electricity, then all the beliefs go out the window, why would you theorize on how it works; you turn on the light, it works. Then if the light doesn’t turn on then it’s not true. All of what we are learning here, we should give it to humanity without labels. I wouldn’t call it Judaism, Hinduism, Christianity or Buddhism. I would call it the laws of heaven. I wouldn’t say, “what religion are the laws of electricity, or aerodynamics, or morality”? Truth doesn’t have a religion, we know its truth because it functions/works.
