I saved this to my playlist because after searching through a few yoga/meditation playlist, this one was the most calming for me. I do a mixture of meditation with a little bit of yoga body movements in a dark setting and I always light an incense and a candle. I like listening to this because it truly takes me out of my current and into a peaceful abyss with no one but me and myself. Thank you.
