The Germans already existed through the Germanic Tribes during the Roman times, to the Holy Roman Empire, to Prussia, and finally the German Empire. All of these were run and obviously not by Adolf. By your logic, most of the inventions that the Germans made are also tied to Nazism since like you said. "Because German" "Oh look, the printing press by Gutenberg. Because it's German, then it has ties to Adolf! Same goes to the first newspaper, first electric elevator, kindergarten concepts, modern refrigerator, diesel locomotive, and many others!"
