@@girlygames6355 hey, u dont need diets, doctors say that diets mostly in ur growing spree 11-13 years old shouldn't do such diets just eat unhealthy stuff in moderation, less carbs more veggies, 30 min cardio, more protein aka high protein meals (especially breakfast) and stay low on salt, sugar, sweets, pasta, rice, and bread. more of a healthy lifestyle than any diets. diets especially chemical ones could stop ur growing journey. be careful
