This is just a suggestion. Drink as much water as possible before boarding the plane, before the meal. Order a low salt meal. Good luck.

Another tip to add, Compression Socks. They say a lack of circulation of blood can also cause fainting/passing out, the blood can pool at your feet/legs due to sitting for long periods mixed with the pressure/etc. So planning that your going to walk back to the bathroom once for every like 2 hours on the flight. I'm sorry to those sitting next to me, but I'm protecting my health just as much as yours. LOL 😂.

Your kids have grown so much! I love doing a color for each kid too (my boys are always blue and green). So many fun stores at the airport but Disney Paris is worth waiting for to shop! Looks like a nice flight up until the emergency, how scary to be woken up that way. Glad he was checked and seemed ok.

Hope u Husband is ok and ur enjoying ur holiday. Virgin cabin crew are fab my husband had an asthma attack few years ago iam a registered nurse myself I I felt very safe . It is very scary over the Atlantic when someone is ill. Virgin crew were amazing

Oh my goodness! What a way to start your trip! I hope that John is OK. He looked like he was taking it pretty well, but I can only imagine that it was as odd for him as it was scary for you (he probably felt really weird being attended to by people he didn't know when he came to). Good to know it wasn’t really serious don’t get me wrong passing out is serious it’s like they said the oxygen the pressure in the cabin and sitting to long u need to stretch your legs by walking pray that it doesn’t happen going home he just got to take precautions going back and get up and move just walk to the bathroom to stretch his legs to get the blood flow back 👍🏻that air line knew what to do and took really good care of him ❤I would send a Thank you note too the young ladies taking care of him and the air lines for having such trained people aboard we always forget what they do for us when we travel

I can't believe how tall Griffin is getting! I remember watching your videos when he was a baby. It's also good to see both you and John in the video.

I have to be careful when we take off it makes my blood pressure drop. And that’s true the g force on ur body. If he gets dizzy on rides at amusement parks his body doesn’t handle the g forces. He needs to wear compression socks and take a baby aspirin.

I am so sorry that happened to John. Please be ok! when you showed the photo of his eye it looked like he needed stitches but let's just see if those butterfly strips will help it heal.

Sorry that happened hope his eye is all healed up! I’m glad the flight attendants were so helpful! That reminds me of when we arrived in puerto Vallarta as soon as we checked into our room my daughter tripped and fell and busted open her lip! Luckily didn’t need stitches! Worst possible time!

Well if there are any complications at least you're in the UK. You will get taken care of, though it might not be super fast. It will be cheap, though. Hopefully John won't have any more issues.
