Just had an "Aha!" moment. Thank you for making this video. I feel like for the first time ever I'm able to clearly understand the basic concepts of embryonic development.

I always hated embryology the most, random tubes and cell layers, never understood it until now. You Sir, are the professor every student wishes to have, excellent explanation. Thank you so much. Greetings from a German medical student

+remusomega That's a normal thing in egypt. 7 years uni 1 year army 3 for completely useless but mandatory reasons 3 for masters 3 for Phd. That's about 17 years. Not to mention the seminars and travelling and stuff so it takes quite a bit to become a doctor here

Its almost 2020 and this video is still the best representation of embryology that I have ever seen and is far clearer than anything my med school professors have described

You just explained three 2 hour uni lectures in 18 minutes and somehow you did it more clearly too, give this man a nobel prize!

My medical course is heavily self-directed and it essentially requires all students to learn the underlying concepts of science by themselves. Now unlike physiology (which I studied in my undergrad), never even took a single module in embryology. As a 'newcomer' to the subject, I am thankful for this video. Impressed with how much work has been put in this!
