On-Job training is the best. However, you may find companies offering the training (at a cost) and a job with meagre pay. However these are more to do with Medical Transcription.

Sir...is it possible to join pharmacovigilance after medical coding? And what would be the package for certified medical coder if he/she joined as fresher in pharmacovigilance domain?

Yes indeed, it is possible if you have already learnt MedDRA coding ..Salaries are totally dependent on your qualifications, experience, communication skills and the requirement/budget at the other end

sir you mean that we must do some pharmacovigilance certification courses in order to get place in pharmacovigilance domain even though if we are a certified medical coder?

Not really. If you are certified MedDRA coder then things would be easy. Doing a course will certainly help in understanding concepts beyond coding
