Lived in the rogue valley for 30 years you've made me home sick but I appreciate the view all my friends are there I'm down here in Texas taking care of my aging mother who is bedridden I had to leave for her so I'm doing what I should be doing maybe someday I'll be back up there I have played many many nightclubs up there all up and down the valley even on the west coast I do miss it to me it was Paradise I absolutely loved it there be safe and be peaceful and thank you again for the view

@@xenonenigma8314 pretty nice. its fun riding my bike around medford, its pretty beautiful and a fun city.

Medford looks a lot like my hometown of Billings, MT. They both have beautiful scenery, but are a bit older and more rundown.

@@brennanbourne exactly - in my 30s, make around $80k and can barely afford anything because of current housing market ... 4th Gen Montanan, it's sad 😔 ... that's why I'm here looking at potentially moving to Medford (check out crime stats of Medford though... pretty shocking!)

@@raulguzman2045 Yep, that's why I decided against Medford as well. They also get all the wildfire smoke from CA every year! Very sad! It's crazy how many Montanans are being pushed out because of this growth. I never thought Billings would be the #1 housing market in the nation! 😮 My wife is from Iowa and we are currently looking there! Extremely friendly people, lots of jobs, affordable, colder but shorter winters, good education and healthcare! Not sure where you lie politically, but there are cities that fit both sides. Good luck to you, my friend!

I found it fantastic and very helpful. I’m moving across a couple states and I have no way of knowing what places “feel” or really look like. Medford is one of my options so I found this super helpful

Lived here most of my life until I was FINALLY able to sell my home and property and FINALLY escape this shit-hole. It has completely changed over the past 40 years and has become Portland 2.0. NO THANKS.

Unfortunately I agree, looking for a way out as we speak. Been here since 1998, has gone way down hill! It's growing no doubt but when your children are not even safe enough to play at the main playgrounds in town there is a problem.

Jacksonville,ruch,,Williams,gold hill,rouge river,all these wonderful towns around a nasty place like homeless Medford,meth,heroin,whatever is legal here,stupid oregon laws
