Thanks to you Jim for another great video. I love my Praetorian T, but that Ti is just sick! I have never gotten to hold a Ti but it looks like a monster. When I got to NYCKS, Greg had already sold the Praetorian that he brought so I just played with everything else. I am saving up for a viper but maybe one day I will get a Ti. Untill then I will watch this video and lust after yours.

Great video Jim, After meeting Greg at NYCKS and handling the Praetorian Ti, it is definitely on my short list. I was lucky enough to pick up a micro praetoian Ti and I have a praetorian G on order. I love Gregs knives. True quality and just solid.

Jim I didn't even know about Medford till last month in April. I saw the Shacktory video and how they film and say where they are sending this shipment of knives or that shipment if knives to. I was so impressed they are right there; North and West; of the SunnySlope neighborhood that I would like to live and have had friends live in. I feel like it would be so cool to go over there and pick up a knife! "Will Call"! What I wanted to say was I really enjoyed how you promoted the things about the Ti that you liked bec they are the things I like. I was so downcast when I saw this video was three years old and they only made 10 out of S35VN and here I am way too late to that party! This video gave me a look at a knife I can't have, but would really enjoy. I also learned about the finish and th emodel name and very important information if I should go for a Medford! I love the color of anodizing the best of all colors. "Bronze". I had fun watching your video and I think it is bec I would agree with you on preferences. and you got a dirty old man sense of humor that I do! I will look out for your videos!

You can choose upgrades right on medford website of 3V or S35vn. Also anodizing and other options

the anodization on the pretorian ti is amazing, 0:27 the grooves on the handle look like they are gold plated

I've got the praetorian t s90v tumbled drop point, gm predator sculpting bronze anodized Greg Medford signature edition, I've had it for a little over a year now and I paid $850 for it, it's a really cool knife but I really like that ti, been looking on medford's website thinking about building my own lot of options I just started looking, but yeah I get what you mean about the thickness you just can't beat thickness LOL thanks for the video you just cost me about 1500 bucks ✌️

Hey Jim have you ever heard of a Knife maker by the name of Steve Karroll, I bought 1 of his Knife called the CAMS you should check it out, He's from Rhode Island

It may just be me but on the praetorian ti's clip is see a smiling face. The two torque screws look like the eyes. The medford m is like a mouth with little arms

Damn you Jim.. was thinkin I could get away with buying the T and being happy not buying the Ti. Now I have to buy the Ti after watching this vid. The stupid part is... no matter which one I buy, when I receive it I'll say "damn wish I'd bought the other". So basically I'll be buying both lol

Those are some short blade stop pins on the "Ti". Looks just plain wrong when you compared it to the "T".

Compare the Medford Ti to Todd Heeter Man O War full Ti

Went from moist to full on FLOODING! Get the shop vac...stat!

i truly think the Direware solo and even the XM 18 have better build quality compare to Medford knifes. The finish on Medford is average at best.

If I ever took my bike on a stroll through Pontiac, and some thug tried to jump me, and he saw me with a knife like that! he'd be running.

I can't really afford these. Most of your knives are so expensive I could only buy 2-4 a year depending on what and how much. I did buy a clone of the Medford Praetorian "T" and it's not bad, it does needs a little work and some sharpening, but over all I'm pretty happy with it. I just wish the Ti came in a clone, I love fat overbuilt knives. In fact, that's pretty much what I collect, for me a knife needs two things, it needs to be fat, and mostly made for tactical applications. If I can afford it, and it meets my criteria, and I like how it looks, I buy it.

Shamanic Decaf thinness behind the edge is all that matters for edc tasks. Stock thickness only matters on kitchen knives. Striders cut great due to being thin bte.

Yeah it's thick...did you just say his locks don't walk over that much?you must be out of your mind to think that lock is going to walk at all for that price.

even if it were only $400 thats still too expensive.

+Cameron Reid when you want stuff that pure performance doesn't a lot for. You bend the rules to get what you want to achieve. I like slicey knives (Cold STeel Mini Tac Beavertail is a favorite) I like making piercing cuts (Kershaw Leek) This one is not going to do things the same things and that's just fine with me. :D

These knives are ground to .10 of decibel point. It's like the metal grew together. He beat the shit out of that knofe for literally years and it will never have blade play. They are worth every penny.
