Thanks so much for showing the best green water color- I'm going to check my medaka ponds after work. And Nicks is the best! One of our favorite places in the world. Appreciate all your advice. 🙏

Yes, the Nicks Bar staff is the best! A white container is a great tool to check up on the green water. Thank you for chiming in MedakaHead @jannolta3080 !

Hey, what temperature would you say is too cold to hatch the Medaka eggs? And what temperature is too cold for babies/juveniles?

At air temp. 52 f - 58 f (day - night) the eggs will hatch in about 19 days. But the issue is that the Fry will not grow. Most or all will die. This is just based on my experience. Once the air temp reaches 56 F - 69 F (day - night) they will grow at a slow pace but will thrive. Again, depending on the color and size of your outdoor container the water temp will be higher. However the water temp fluctuation from day to night is what really kills the fry. Thank you for chiming in MedakaHead @MrErikwags !
