@@aishwaryasinha2320 hey 2 things 1) try pomodorro method - 25 mins studying and 5 min break 2) during that 5 min break just write down a list of disastrous things that might happen if you don't study beforehand ( like "I might fail and become a beggar" or something ). Read that during that 5 minute break ( let it scare you not stress you out) and then start your next pomodorro session.

i just wanna say thank you for the upload, i tend to get sensory overload from work but i cant rest when i get home because im a bit behind on my studies for my midterm.
