كان مطران الأرجنتين للموارنة الأب "شربل مرعي صديقًا للمطران"خورخي ماريو برغوليو"، الذي أصبح "البابا فرنسيس" لاحقًا.
وفي إحدى زياراته له أخبره عن وادي قنوبين، وعن أكلة "الكبّة النيّة" التي اخترعها الأهالي في قرية قنّوبين والقرى المجاورة.
خلال الحملة المملوكية على جبّة بشرّي عام 1283م، وحصارها الذي دام سبع أعوام على باب مغارة "عاصي الحدث"، تمّت إقامة برجٍ لمراقبة أهالي المنطقة. وخلال هذه الأحداث أتى الأهالي بلحمٍ نيئٍ وخلطوه بالبرغل ودقّوه بالجرن، لكي لا يضطرّوا لإشعال نارٍ ترشد العساكر إلى مواقعهم.
وخلال سرد المطران مرعي هذه الأحداث للبابا فرنسيس، ومن شدة تأثّره كتب البابا هذه الوقائع على دفتر يومياته، وقال للمطران مرعي:
أصبحت أحبّ الموارنة لسببين، مار شربل الذي أراه حيثما أذهب، وأكلة "الكبّة النيّة" الآتية من القهر والظلم .

Kadisha Valley, also romanized as the Qadisha Valley and also known as the Kadisha Gorge or Wadi Kadisha, is a gorge that lies within the Bsharri and Zgharta Districts of the North Governorate of Lebanon. The valley was carved by the Kadisha River, also known as the Nahr Abu Ali when it reaches Tripoli.

ادي قاديشا أو وادي قنوبين أو الوادي المقدس (أو بلدة الوادي) هو من أعمق وديان لبنان. يقع الوادي في قضاء بشري في شمال لبنان ويبعد عن العاصمة بيروت 121 كلم ويرتفع عن سطح البحر 1500م. يجري في عمقه نهر قاديشا الذي ينبع من مغارة - تسمى بمغارة قاديشا - تقع عند أقدام "أرز الرب" التي تُشرف عليها "القرنة السوداء"، أعلى قمم جبال لبنان.

أما كلمة "قاديشا" فمُشتقّة من جذر سامي يعني "القداسة"، بحيث بات يعني "الوادي المقدّس". بالرغم وجود الأديرة والكنائس والصوامع فيه، فمن المحتمل أن يكون هذا الاسم قد أطلِق على الوادي قبل دخول المسيحيّة إلى المنطقة. وقد يكون في الأصل صفة الاله "البعل القدّوس" الذي كان له معبد عظيم في طرابلس في العصر الروماني، حيث كان يُعرَف باسم "زوس هاجيوس" أي «زوس القدوس».

منذ الأزمنة القديمة حتى العصر الروماني، سكن الإنسان في مغاور الوادي وملاجئه الصخريّة. ومع بدايات دخول المسيحيّة إلى الجبل، تحوّلت هذه الكهوف إلى كنائس وصوامع وأديرة وتعاقبت على السكن فيها الرهبان والنساك والمتوحدين. وكان هؤلاء ينتمون إلى مختلف المعتقدات التي انبثقت عن الاختلافات اللاهوتيّة حول لاهوت المسيح وناسوته والتي أدمت القرون المسيحيّة الأولى.
وكان يقيم في الوادي بعض المنقطعين من المسلمين، على حدّ ما رواه الرحال الأندلسي ابن جبير الذي تجوّل في المنطقة في غضون القرن الثاني عشر، وشهِد بأنّ مسيحيي جبل لبنان كانوا يقدّمون الطعام والمؤن إلى المسلمين الذين اختاروا الانقطاع عن الدنيا.

Le Monastère Notre-Dame de Qannoubine (Kanobin, Kannobin, Kanubin ou Qannubin, en arabe : dayr qannūbīn, دير قنوبين) est un monastère maronite de la vallée de Qadisha, au Liban.
Le monastère Notre-Dame de Qannoubine a été le siège du patriarcat maronite de 1440 à 1823. Vingt-quatre patriarches s’y sont succédé.
L'église du monastère est construite dans un creux de rocher. Exemple de simplicité et d'austérité, elle est rehaussée de peintures murales. La fresque la plus remarquable est celle du couronnement de la Vierge par la Trinité avec une inscription au-dessus en garshuni (arabe écrit en caractères syriaque), tirée d'un passage du Cantique des Cantiques :
« Viens du Liban, ma fiancée et tu seras couronnée ».
Le monastère est occupé depuis 1992 par une communauté de religieuses antonines.

The holy river, Nahr Qadisha, runs through the valley for 35 km from its source in a cave (grotto) a little way below the Forest of the Cedars of God. The sides of the valley are steep cliffs that contain many caves, often at more than 1,000 m and all difficult of access. The most scenic section of the valley stretches for approximately 20 km between Bsharri (Arabic: بشري), the hometown of Kahlil Gibran, and Tourza (Arabic: طورزا).

A thank you as big as the Holy Valley itself. I remember the comforting solitude, the resting place under that lonely olive tree, the precarious descent to Saydet Hawqa and the leg-breaking, lung-busting ascent back to the village of Hawqa. Thank you all for taking me back nearly fifty years since the first time I trod those dangerous trails.

كلام فيه نفس طائفي بغيض للاسف المسلمين اذا بدهون يقضوا علمسيحية في الشرق لما ضل للان ولا مسيحي مشرقي .

هل تشاهد كل الفيديوهات على هذه القناة؟ هل ترى كم عدد الأماكن والأشخاص الذي يعرضه؟ الناس والأماكن في جميع أنحاء لبنان ، من جميع الأديان. هذه القناة لا تميز. ربما تكون هذه هي القناة اللبنانية الوحيدة التي لا تميز. بدلاً من أن تفتخر بتاريخ بلدك الغني والفخور ، فأنت تظهر نفسك على أنك غير متسامح وغير قادر على قبول الغير. ردي اليك ، الحمد لله على المسيحية في الشرق لأنهم بذرة الحب في هذا العالم الشرير حيث الناس الذين ليس لديهم هذا الحب في قلوبهم يفكرون في الآخرين على أنهم أعداء وكيف يمكنهم القضاء عليهم.

يجب ان تتذكر ان ليس كل المسلمون يفكرون تفكير واحد العباسيين مثلا كانو متقبلين لغير اديان ومعضمهم متسامح . العرب متاسامحين باغلبيتهم لكن بعض العثمانين كانو ينكدوا بالمسيحيين والمماليك الذين يعودون بمعظمهم لاصول غير عربية جردوا كذا حملة على جبال لبنان ليس فقط للقضاء على المسيحين بل ايضا ليقضىو على الشيعة والدروز

التاريخ يجب أن يقال كما هو. لا محاباة في سرد الأحداث التاريخية لأنها حقيقة لا يجب أن تخفى ولا يجوز المبالغة فيها. أنصحك أن تقراء التاريخ بطريقة موضوعية ولا تأخذك الغيرة الدينية لتكون مصدر قناعاتك.
للأسف سف برنامج فاشل ليس له طعم ، برنامجك لوحدك وزياراتك كانت أحلى بكتير
