Sir won't the composite material bend such that the outer most of fiber of brass is at full length and the outer most fiber of steel will elongate but less causing bending.

sir i have one doubt..at 10:18 the "L" which is multiplied with {sigma b/Eb} should be the free lenght of bars after thermal expansion..i.e. instead "L" we should use L+αTL...I think...since we use formula PL/AE...where L is the lenght when their is no stress

the scenario L+alfa*T*L does not take place, it is expected length, but in formula we use original length. hence L is used
