    The sliding ratchet clutch, at about 8 minutes, can you have a fixed pivot on the sliding part and one above on the actuation lever? Surely one of the needs to be a sliding joint.

    lol. yeah, it def looks wrong, but if you look at the similar mechanism at 7:50, despite the appearance of the shifting fork being pinned to the sliding collar, you can see the fork has side to side float on the sliding bushing. not sure what the pins are for in the fork? maybe holding on some kind of wear pad? 100% agree though. something seemed wrong at first glance good eye
