Creativity could also be that the point of losing your disguise is because when you shoot you shoot a revolver round which is noticably different round than any gun. Whereas this time he was just shooting pistol rounds, which is sure to be close to what sentries fire.

I sometimes disguise myself as a friendly hoovy to cross the enemy lines because someone is less likely to shoot a hoovy than a spycrab, so after I cross the enemy defenses I undisguise and continue to spycrab trough the entire map until the match ends or I get killed

So, in all honesty, this is definitely my favourite Saxxy entry. The idea is simple, and the execution is great! Not only is it pretty to look at, enjoyably for the eye, with the wicked smooth animations, but most importantly; The comedy was great! The sense of humor was right up my alley. I think it gives some sort of false hope whenever somebody shouts: "THIS SHOULD WIN OVERALL." It may get you hyped up for something you may end up not getting, the prize. To be honest, I'm a hypocrite and OMG YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY WIN OVERALL!! My brotha, Andy, moll, great job you bastards!

So, let me clear something up. A lot of people do not seem to be aware that a dispenser can block a sentry's view. This is a thing that can happen in-game, and is also the reason why the sentry does not shoot the blue heavy towards the end. It's not a mistake. Note to myself: don't use game mechanics that aren't well-known haha

If I remember correctly, a sentry should keep firing at you if it spots you before you hide behind a dispenser. So the trick is to get behind a dispenser without the sentry spotting you first. However, it also implies that you don't stand up straight too close to it, it'll spot you if you do.

I wish disguising as a sentry was possible.

No. It's not possible for this entire video to happen. However, if you're saying Spies sap your buildings, then I would recommend to put your buildings in unexpected places. However, Spies know where your buildings are if they see them. If you want to avoid being sapped, watch out for spies, make sure to keep track of your Sentry, Dispenser, and Teleporters.

How on earth did this not get nominated? This was my favourite Saxxy, it actually had a good story and kept the TF2 humor.

It wouldn't suprise me, if he wanted hear a Spy's scream everytime he sets up his sentry. Every time a sentry goes up, your arch nemesis's screams in paim echoes around you.

But if you disguised as a Tele, only pro or better snipers would know where the head is since the teles hit box is way different to spies and this would put it way off game balance

HOW DID THIS NOT GET AT LEAST TO THE NOMINATIONS

This is one of the best tf 2 animations I have ever seen and my favourite part is when that pyro help the engineer Carrie stuff to the next place what A very kind pyro

Imagine if engie had something else than a wrench when he hit spy

The subtle movements make this animation so amazing and lifelike

When I first watched this I actually thought the Engineer was also a BLU Spy all along

Whats haunting about this is engie's muffled screams, I am now scarred for life

spy's disguise with 95% less drama
