It shouldn't be very hard to get a job and a PEng. You need a work permit or PR to work in Canada which can difficult to get.

Go to Germany Germany provides free education and you will earn more in germany than in canada

Sir I have completed my diploma as well as bachelors in mechanical engineering,planning for masters in mechanical engineering in Canada.what would you suggest for me.should I work in Hyderabad and gain work experience or just go for masters. I am from Hyderabad as well.
