We can counter a sentinel easily with 2 javelins by curving the trajectory on the sides making the tall shield useless

One thing to note, Sentinel's weapon mounts make the equipped weapons move up and down, giving a bit of "recoil", keep this in mind when firing Longarms and Railguns.

The new gen of mech have suspension on the mounts

At 2:28 the shield doesn't even stop javelins 😭 I never thought that the whole purpose of the shield would be defeated and exposed by mech arena themselves.

I have an interesting idea for a new legendary tank mech; the Dragon. It's ability a fricking flame thrower that not only applies an overheat effect, it causes lingering damage. It'd be slower than the other tanks, at 14 kmh, with average energy of 24

I thought it was supposed to have a "sail" shield that protected the top and sides too. I'm still waiting for a Mech that is anti-mortar. I suggest Mushroom. A tank or support Mech that produces a wide circular disk shield over its head. It activates while the button is depressed blocking all overhead damage. It should have a charge that regenerates slowly over time. 5s at Max level, with 1s recharge every 10. Implants to improve regen time, max duration, and size (if you want 3 implants for it). If a support Mech, low hp, fairly quick, maybe add healing based on damage blocked - legendary. If tank, medium speed epic. Obvious weakness: no protection for the front, sides, rear, and below. If the shield works like aegis, and blocks own ammo maybe drop to from legendary to epic, unless your own mortars/javelins/helix also turn into healing. For tanks your own mortar/javelin/helix that explodes on the shield could do their damage to local enemies.

This seems interesting, basically just ares but for defending against javelins. Also, will you ever be adding a way for friends to send other friends resources? Please consider this as it would be quite interesting, and I'm sure that most mech arena players have friends with less squad power and want to help them upgrade faster so that they can play with you and it would be more fair for them.

Hey mech arena! I judt wanted to say the javelin rack can still by pass the shield, when too close. I know tall shield isnt supposed to do over head protection, but In my experience as a sentinel main, the top should angled specifically for close range missile fire

I have a Cool idea about a..tank mech..it’s ability will be a Shield and when enemy destroy your shield it will add 30% of it's hp to the mech. Like stalker mech.. When you upgrade the mech to max..it can add like 50% of it’s hp to the mech..you guy's can balance it out..i think it will be competitive mech.. What do you guys think😃?

Can you tell when will you add all the mechs and weapons in the game to the progress path? It would be very good for players as they can get them even though they have to meet the XP requirements.

It helps against javelin, and helping other mechs and let's me stay a bit longer in a heavy firefight.

In the video it said the more health Sentinel loses, the faster the shield cooldown is. So it's similar to ares but you can play much more aggressively.

I have a mech idea that I'm sure anyone would like, it's name is Goliath and Goliath is going to be a tank mech. It's base hp is 25k but it's max hp will be 125k it's speed is not that great only having 16 kph but it's ability is what makes it strong and the name of the ability is called the titans protection. The ability reduces incoming dmg up to 70% percent and makes back damage completely useless as when you hit Goliath while it's ability is up you will only deal as much damage as when you were hitting it in the front while it's ability is up though the ability only last 10 seconds which makes it balanced as it speed holds it from being op

New mech idea:The name Body swaper the ability is body swapping mechs .So on the outside it looks like a weak mech like md and it also shows low health but your mech on the inside is safe and health stays the same as how it was before and as the Body swaper mech whenever the ability is active you take no damage the ability also has a damage bar.cooldown is 12 seconds. #MechArena Mech Arena is also an awesome game and I played for a long time I hope you add this mech

Id rather a mech with a zone like MD and BH that absorbs 50% of the damage taken by teammates In it redirecting 25% of the original damage to a juggernaut like shield

Zephyrs and Surges can counter Sentinel. Just like Ares, it's back is exposed so Zephyrs and Surges can go to your back easily. Guardians can counter Sentinel too, it can system crash your shield just like how Guardian system crash Ares' Wide Shield.

Mech Arena i have a great mech idea!. so the mechs name is Theron and its ability is calld extra hand. its where the mech has another weapon slot that pops out from behind the mech and this 3th weapon slot only allows 10 energy capacity weapons. and the ability lasts 5 second and can be increasd with implants the cooldown time is 8 seconds the hp of this mech will be the same as orions and the speed of the mech will be 18 kph the mechs weakness is stasis beams and gurdian mech. and the mech itself will have 24 capacity. plz tell me what you think of this idea thank you
