Had skipped the dilution part of acetic acid.
Maine banaya na anchar wo zdh sour nhi bana or thoda hard b tha meat... Maine vinegar b add kiya tha fr jb maine 2 lemon juice b add kiye or frse band kiya or dusre din nikala na tb b sour nhi tha... Kya ap mjy bol sakti h maine kaha p galti ki

Salaam, thanks a lot for the recipie. I really wanted to learn how to make meat pickle. I have two questions. 1. for how long do we need to keep it for fermentation if I use simple vinegar and no Benzoate. 2. Do we need to refrigerate it while in fermentation as well. Thanks again.

Thanks for watching. You dont have to keep it in fridge for fermentation. Keep it in a dark closed place like we keep other pickles. You can consume it after 24 to 36 hours. It can be used for a period of 2 to 3 weeks workout preservation but make sure to keep it in fridge after opening
