Nothing wrong with you scooping potato out of its skins. If that's works for you, fair play. My Nan used to do this and then scoop the potato back into its skins, place grated cheese in the top and put them under the grill to melt the cheese and called them cheese slippers 😊

Lovely meals as always Victoria also something u make is your sage Yorkshire puddings which always look amazing. Im totally inspired and will be attempting them this Sunday. I make nearly all of my husbands meals and I still make my 25 year old lunches for his work. I’ve got the time so why not? They do other stuff for me and it’s a partnership. I don’t understand why some women get annoyed and I’m certainly not down trodden.

There’s nothing wrong with taking the mash out of baked potato and mixing it with other ingredients, in fact that’s common place in America. There are many recipes for this online too. You know what works best for your family, and the rest is no one else’s business. ❤️
