From when you put beetles together how long before you have baby meal worms.??..ive just started some in a few containers.i have beetles in a separate tub.they have been in there a few days.as each beetle emerges i put them in with the others.😊..nice video.

Okay I have carpet beetles that I’ve caught and wanted to see this and I just seen it like 4/5 days ago, I too didn’t see anything come out, just them putting their squiggly thing all over the place like that, I watched for a good hour and a half. So interesting to me I dunno why. But then today I seen baby larvas everywhere.

I have some questions, when do beetles start mating after they just came out of the pupa? how to know if the beetles laid eggs?

If you see their Ovipositor coming out or see them breeding is how you know when they’re laying, and they can start mating within a week of turning into an adult

I saw mine mating just 3 days after they came out. As soon as they turn black they will be ready.
