    I can't express how much I love these videos! You are such a creative cook, I wish I was. I'm on a GERD diet and need to be so careful, no peppers, spices, just bland. But I am definitely going to try the oatmeal pancake things! Keep up the great work, you are so talented!

    Thanks so much! And yes they were very tasty surprisingly. I had been wanting to try them. Use a non stick pan or you could use spray oil, I just don’t personally use it.

    What an amazing amount of food you made with your Dollar Tree haul. Can't believe how much is still left over too. I want to to try those oat tortillas. Can I ask you what kind of nonstick pan you had in video. Is that the always pan? It sure cooked those tortillas really well with no oil. I need to replace my frying pan...not very good anymore. Some suggestions for the leftovers...maybe you could try making a vegan burger with some of beans, rice, veggies, seasonings and oat flour perhaps. Also I watch another vegan gal from Canada and she adds "cooked" beans to her smoothies to give protein and keeps you full. I have tried them and you can't taste the beans. I use fruits, frozen bananas, some greens, vegan protein powder and plant milk and anywhere from 1/2-1 cup beans (she uses mostly black beans or garbanzo beans) depending how hungry she is. They taste delicious and keeps you full longer. Her channel is "Getting Healthy with Stasia". Thanks Rhonda for taking the time to make this video. Learned lots from it!!

    Wow I love your suggestions!! Vegan burger for sure. I’m going to actually do that today. Yes it is the always pan. Pricey but worth it for the way I eat. Also, it’s non toxic. I watch her channel and love it
