MEAL PREP/ GROCERY HAUL/ FRIDGE ORGANIZATION
Hey everyone, today we are doing lots of cooking and of course some cleaning too. Hope you enjoy, and if you try some of the recipes let me know. The food was enough for 4 days for two people.

ELEX PRODUCTS USED;
1. Taco oven cleaner - you have to try this out. Amazing results.
2. Taco bizz dish soap (Citrus scent)
3. Sepit surface disinfectant

Chicken wings recipe is as simple as i have explained in the voice over. The last part i put it back in the oven for only 10min at a temperature of 210 degrees.

FRIED RICE RECIPE;
Ingredients;
Sweet corn, 1 carrot, green peas, cashew nuts (roasted), chicken breast, rice, onions and garlic.
1. 1st pan fry the chicken cubes till they turn brown. When done set them aside.
2. On the same pan fry all the onions, then garlic, when cooked, add all the other ingredients except rice.
NOTE; Soak the rice in hot water before hand.
3. Add some soy sauce (this is optional) and salt.
4. Add the rice and very little water. Turn the heat low and let it cook slowly.

ROASTED VEGETABLES;
Vegetables used; Cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, red and yellow pepper, white onions and red onions. Salt them, add some olive oil. Roast in the oven for 20 min at a temperature of 210 degrees.

ROASTED CASHEW NUTS
Place the nuts in a casserole, make sure no nuts are on top of each other. Add some salt and oil. Roast in the oven for 15 min at 175 degrees. Keep checking them cause they burn pretty fast.

CHICKEN STEW
I just fried it with onions and tomatoes. Added chilli cubes and chicken masala as spices. For soap use the chicken broth.

Dear ladies, I have come to vent alittle on this particular video cause I have seen alot of unsolicited advice 🙆. So with all due respect am going to state this: we are all different, don't expect me to ran my household like yours or you mine . How I cook, clean, carry myself, tools or equipments I use or how I decorate my house is MY CHOICE. If I was to purchase all the things recommended to me here or what you think I should ise , I would have gone broke a long time 😂. Don't get me wrong I appreciate positive tips and plugs more than anyone out there but honestly some are just shady. Am here to give people motivation and plugs you can choose from and if you get to borrow something from me the better. But that's your choice 😊 am not forcing anyone to do exactly what I do nor did I mention this is the best way or best equipments. So please let's keep this space positive, no shade and a place we can all learn from each other. I appreciate those who share tips in a respectful way thank you very much and never stop educating us.

@@MaggieMwende consider washimg your fruits and vegetables with apple cider vinegar leaving them in the acv for 15 mins also helps remove the pesticide chemicals they may have
A tip, as a nutritionist, dont boil the minji unless you have a baby.... just freeze them raw, then when planning to cook them, defrost them naturally ( not in the microwave). Cook your onions, put your spices and onions then put the minji and cover. Dont add any water yet if you're making stew. They'll cook themselves. They'll be so sweet and more nutritious.

Therapeutic.love you to bits. Also I suggest on garlic. Buy as many you can, peal them or ask market to peal them. Then blend with only cooking oil until smooth. Store in container (the one you don't use put in freezer) other container put in the fridge for daily use. This garlic can stay up to six month fresh.

The fridge organisation might look like nothing to you dear but to me, it’s goals like you can’t believe. Meal prep is the best thing ever, keeps you organised for a couple of days. Love love love the video .. ❤️❤️

Yes. Totally agree with you Mwende. French beans don't taste as good when roasted in the oven. What l do is lightly steam them on a pan for three minutes to get bright green look and remove from the heat. I add little butter and season with salt. Crunchy and tasty.😋😋 We have it as a breakfast veggie. Try it you may like it. 😄

Aki you're a life saver I have got so many tricks to the kitchen thanks to you..........
Woooow. That's how I wash my fresh produce. Just a tip for fried rice try left over rice with the same recipe. It test great and easy to make. Also always try to rinse your nuts especially if imported to remove the coating that's put to prevent germination, just before roasting. I wish I could have such an organised kitchen with kids. Big up

I never ever clean my fruits and veggie with soup when putting them in fridge(Am not that organised!).....but i do clean them with water before using them. Maybe i will try that ---with Vinegar though not soap.

You can use white vinegar mixed with water to wash vegetables and meat. It sanitizes very well.
Am a good chef too,i was taught to cook at an early age and i had not forgotten

In your water for blanching peas add bi-carbonate soda and immediately after draining off flush cold water onto the peas.

Hi Maggy, washing fruits is not advisable cause you let moisture in which makes the fruits turn colour faster than usual, next time just have a clothe, a natural disinfectant and wipe before storage or just wash before eating. Love your content😍
