Yuri, I'm a hairstylist and I'm going to be honest they did a really bad job. It's not blended at all and the ends are a different color, and still have dark parts. I think you should go back and tell them to fix it! And yes the purple shampoo will help the yellow/ Brasy hair.

Dark hair takes longer to lighten. I think after another couple of color sessions you're hair will turn out how you want it. It's gorgeous anyway.

Looks good. Gives you a softer look. I always highlight my hair and with time it will get lighter. The purple shampoo will work toning it down. Did Cesar like it?

I think you should go back to the girl and tell her it’s too orange to tone it or lighten it more! The application is not good it should be a lil darker on top and the bottom should be lighter. And go back because you paid and you weren’t satisfied with it.
