The purple drink is made of yam, not sweet potato. We dont use sweet potato into drinks, they are used for making traditional kuehs.

Alana, if you plan to shop at any open market, bring a big recycle canvas bag that can fit in all your purchases of foods, snacks and etc and carry it on your shoulder. I find it very convenient, especially when both of my hands are always free to pick anything from the open markets.
