Obviously there is backwards compatibility (except for the 10 games that Sony has listed - which says playable by PS4 only). Some games I heard will get the game boost treatment (where certain PS4 games will have smooth framerates at 60 FPS with better loading). The rest - are there - but it's best to test the PS4 games before playing them on the PS5.

@@xzothiic6710 you made a good decision. I'd advise you to play the exclusives first, most notably God of War ,Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted 4 ,etc. You're not going to be disappointed. I hope you have a good time with your ps4.

Good thing you can play with those games because of backwards compatibility

I've practically grown up with Playstation and Nintendo games my favorite console for Playstation is the PS4, it is more reliable than any other playstation console before PS5 and nintendo my favorite is the switch because it is a hybrid console.

This is one of those videos we're gonna have recommended when the PS6 comes around, when we hear RTX 3080 and think "ah, how video cards were weak back then..."

U don’t need to update it just put in the disc inside the ps 4 system and before that go to your network option and turn it off then slide the disc in the system and the game will start dawn loading u didn’t need to wait that long at all just be offline and the update won’t dawn load or be online if you want but pause the update or delete it so it won’t suck out your memory because every dawn load is some gb in space in order to have a lot of space just buy the disc version always and dawn load it in the system and your good to play and yes u can be offline the whole time

People are gonna look back at this like we do now with ps3/ ps3 game unboxing videos

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1&2 was the last PS4 game that I got prior to PS5's release in September 2020. :)

We all had great memories of playing on our ps4 but our memories don’t end there. There’s at least backwards compatibility with the Ps5 meaning that you can ps4 games on the Ps5 and Ps5 games on the ps4. Right now, my uncle and I are currently thinking of installing Ps5 specs (like storage and etc to name a few) in my ps4 so I can use it longer and it’ll be more consistent in the future. I’m going to still use my ps4 for like 10 more years. For now let’s see what happens.
