I have a Indian ring neck bird just like Ricco I have a question about them though. Is it normal for them to have like white shedding from they’re beaks?

Is your bird molting his feathers as well? It is normal to some degree, especially when molting, but otherwise it should look normal. If you are on Instagram or Facebook you can send me a picture and I’ll take a look.
