Never be ashamed of getting help :))) Therapy can be a fun experience if you make it one. Because it gives you the chance to talk to someone and express alllll of your emotions, or not! I do weekly therapy and we either talk about everything or nothing. But it's just nice to talk to her period. I wish you all the best love xx
