7 to 8 hrs/day is max. to work in Govt. Hospital/College bt if r u willing to do overtime u can do it....

I just wanted to ask you according to u which is better iits or mbbs like i got a rank of 4.3k in jee mains and getting 628 in neet according to college answers .I think i need to take a decision of being a doctor or engineer and the time is really less .
