Q no.18 answer would be none of these because it is under section 6 where court shall call for report of probation officer. In sec 4 yes he is bound to consider the report of probation officer but only when it is presented before him by probation office , word used there is he shall consider the report "if any". Otherwise session was very helpful, question were good 😊

The general rule is a mandate and exception is discretion.....the best answer is to go with the general rule of law always unless exception has been asked. Therefore, answer will remain B
