Nice system. I work for a Mack truck dealer. We often get customers with MRU and LEU chassis and McNelius bodies. My question is when we have an intergration problem between the truck electronics and body controls such as engine speed ramp up during packing where can we go to get service and operators information on the packer? We often have difficulties finding information and that causes our customers to become dissatisfied because we simply couldn't diagnose and repair their issue.
