I can't believe I needed a song like this to 'sleep'🥲. Sometimes people cannot sleep not because of insomnia, but because of the anxiety of feeling that they didn't work enough during the day and therefore still don't “deserve to rest”. That usually happens to me even if I know it's not true. It's so difficult for me to have the will to stop to rest for enough hours. And my perfectionism makes it worse .
