Excellent perspective. As a current Artura and F8 owner i fully agree: the driving experience on the Artura is amazing and precise,the steering is superior to anything out there ( have not driven a Lotus) and the low end power is awesome in any gear. It is every bit as exciting as a Ferrari or Lambo.

well said, of all the driving impressions I got, it is the precision of the handling that really stands out.

Addendum: i am not sure it is not love at first sight. You have to see it "in person" and your heart rate goes up immediately. There is something amazing about the design. Drove it Galveston beach recently and it caused an uproar! Not even the F8 has done that to that degree!

@@KonWaiLuen I have had the Artura since Feb. Inhave owned 4 different 911’s over 13 years prior to it. I can tell you that the Artura is in a whole different stratosphere compared to the 911 as it should be given the price difference.

An excellent review filled with great observations. Some of the big boys doing reviews could learn a lot from watching your reviews with regard to content. As a 600LT owner, I was given an Artura for one day, I'd have one in a heartbeat, even over the 600LT. Some of the reviewers don't do the Artura justice with their "you have to let the engine heat up" nonsense. 40 seconds to condition the engine is all the time it takes. Similarly, one reviewer showed the car being plugged in for several hours to charge it up, again, nonsense. The engine can charge the battery.

I love it when car reviewers wax lyrical about McLaren based on brief test drives … ask owners who owned both or more supercars and hands down, Ferrari stands out as they understand as a brand what it means to provide a full ownership experience. McLaren just sells a great car, throws a track day every now and then but their ownership experience leaves much to be desired. 😂
