Hopefully MacFarlane will make a black and white version to make it look like the George reeves version

I hope in the future McFarlane will release a Commissioner Gordon, Alfred in regular clothes, Chief O’Hara, Lee Meriwether's Catwoman and Batgirls' 1967 Yamaha YDS-5E Batcycle. We also need Bruce Wayne and Richard Grayson in regular clothes for Wayne Manor.

They can’t release Gordon for legal reasons so the next wave is based off the ‘77 cartoon to give us Gordon.

@@dHuntersReviews I see. Well, I can accept the '77 cartoon version, if we can't get the '66 version. Thanks!

I hope McFarlane gives us a proper George Reeves Superman in this retro line, maybe a black and white and colored variant, and maybe even a Lynda Carter Wonder Woman I know they can't do her because they don't have the legal likenesses to Lynda Carter but she did appear in the Batman 66 comics and they could do her Wonder Woman but have it based solely off the comic just like they did with Yvonne Craig Batgirl

Another great review, dHunter. I want to like these figures badly, but I can't get over how the capes don't drape over the shoulders. Same issue with all characters -- Batman, Robin, Superman, Batgirl. Yeah, the non-level feet are inexcusable! :-(

The cape are kind of crappy, buts it’s supposed to be a basic retro line Wish they were part of the dc Multiverse line

Superman appears on a number of Batman ‘66 inspired covers done by Mike Allred. Closest he came to actually being featured in the series( not counting the Clark Kent cameo)

Looks a little like Kevin Spacey. I like the figure but not how disproportionate the waist is to the upper body or that whole cape/neck piece.

My only real problem is the hands. I don’t like how one is open, and one is closed. Especially with the limited wrist articulation:

That Superman looks NOTHING like Superman from the 1960's. I am MAKING a perfect 7inch replica of the Super Friends=Super Powers (renamed in 84). Even the cape, and chest has the right S on it. This one had no S, correct? Thanks for making all your vids. IDK if you get stuff for free. But, eww. I refused to buy that 60's Superman. BTW, 60's-70's animated Superman, and Reeve's Superman are my favorites. Especially with the LIGHT blue suit. My figure should be done sometime in March.

It’s kind of a rip off! For the comic, the already have the super power collection(I know it’s more form the tv animation show & It’s close to the comic , but from the 1st series of SP collection only superman looks like old super power collection superman the rest are not really from that time!). They mixed up everything! That’s why I hate Mcfarlane toys!(I used to collect their Spawn figures, I gave up after a few series.(I understand their sculpting of their figures are very good, but I don’t like their way of doing business!)

@@dHuntersReviewsthey’re complaining for no reason. It seems they’re more upset that recent Super Power figures don’t look like the originals. This figure has nothing to do with the Super Power figures, so they’re just yapping.
