The surf and turf seems like a good concept if it was put together right. Maybe loose. Maybe swap the ketchup for mayo or tartar sauce. And even pickle distribution 😊

You're not wrong, tartar sauce would have been golden here! I saw a documentary a few years ago that the filet of fish was an Australian off catch. They were proud to announce that it was one fish, and not just whatever was cheap, or a mass fish slurry, it was a fish nobody wanted to buy!

Your sweet chili chicken had way less mayo than ours, but yes, I agree the mayo takes away from the sweet chili sauce.

I've never seen any Maccy D's stuff like that over here in lil ol' England. The fish is usually pretty disappointing, but I guess it could work in a burger combo.

I think this is based on secret menu items, you can just ask for whatever and they will usually do it. Most of the time they get it wrong unless it's something easy.

They pretty much just took off menu items and made them on menu things... the first one is a half assed McGangbang.
