I worked at Wendy's like 15-16 yrs ago. it was my second job but it was such a chill & fun place to work The manager would let me bring free food home for me and my Mom, if I screwed up nobody berated or yelled at me for it and on breaks we were allowed to smoke weed out behind the dumpster. 😌 Ahh the good ol' days.....

My mom has been working at McDonald's since I was 11, and I remember when she bought this video home to watch for training. I also had to watch it in high school. We really did have McDonald's language. It was funny, my mom and I always made jokes that it was a cult. She still works there, she's the head manager actually, and makes a lot of money. Once at the beginning of the semester in my freshman year of high school, my teacher got mad at my friend and said he wasn't going to get anywhere in life and end up working at McDonald's. I got mad and said that my mother worked there, and that she made more than my teacher did probably. I got called to the office, and they asked my mom if she did. She does. Love ya mom!

Everyone seems to think that if you work at McDonald's, its equivalent to a minimum wage job?? My mom used to be a manager at McDonalds too, and it was a pretty good job, money-wise, and she even got the chance tp go to other countries because of it. She's changed jobs to be a professor now though, so I guess my mom's experience could be a lil outdated.

I had such a terrible night. I had personal issues going on but went to end my night making some food in the oven. My timer never went off and I fell asleep. Woke up smelling it and ran to the oven to see it burnt to a crisp. Settled on cereal just irate and looked for something to watch while I ate. i just got a job at wendy’s and if the training videos aren’t like this i’m gonna cry

i wrote down all the lyrics on the wendy's hot drinks video, here they are anyways: lyrics: (hot drinks) (clap clap, clap clap) coffee, decaf, or tea and hot chocolate those are the hot drinks that you serve so get it hot cups come in two sizes (small than large should fill as the meter rises coffees holding time is 30 minutes, thats so long! it can stay there before it starts to taste too strong! hot, hot! carful when you pour it! hold it steady up on the counter let it sit! pour it in until the coffee reaches the line! pop a top on, its excellent every time when these coffees taste so fine! hot drinks really get you goin! works you up, when you feel you're slowin! wendy's, we always serve it right away! add a smile and have a nice day! nicest decaf, you brew it just like coffee! use the orange pot, it makes it easier to see! but if you're using the packets in you're store, put in a small cup then further more add hot water up to the line and stir it in! put a lid on and serve it on a tray again! get a small cup when you're ready for hot tea! fill with hot water its easy as can be put the lid and set the teabag on top if they want lemon, its very nice, dont think twice, give the guests a juicy slice! hot drinks get you goin, works you up when you feel you're slowin! wendys, we always serve it right away, have add a smile and have a nice day! grab a small cup when you're makin hot coco, grab the packet and then you add your H2O! and use a mix spoon and stir it up until its all mixed up! toss the spoon out and put the lid on the cup, things are really lookin up! hot drinks really get you goin, works you up when you feel you're slowin! wendy's, we always serve it right away! add a smile and have a nice day (nice day!)
