When the lyrics say “put the bottle down for the love of a daughter” it’s pretty much what zack did with the forever potion he put the potion bottle down for the love of his daughter

Yes, he was blushing! However not in a "crushing" kind of way. It was just like how Aph cared for him, he's caring for her there, and because Zane is portrayed as heartless in MCD I thought the blush would be a nice detail ☺ I'm glad you noticed!

Personally, I believe that Elizabeth being Ein's mom is one of many theories, just as Zack being his dad is. I wasn't going to include either one of them as Ein's parents for the sake of saving argument, but I thought it'd be funny for Ein to see his "dad" is Aph's dad, so I let that theory slip in. But, yes, I did know that it was a theory, thank you 😊

If you'd read the beginning you'd realize that I KNOW that. My intent was not for Zanmau as a SHIP but just as a really good friendship. Don't accuse people of something without making sure you get every bit of info you can. It's just flat out rude.

Blushing is a result of being embarassed, or feeling very happy. The blushing of Zane towards Aphmau is because he's letting his guard down for only one person. When you spend your whole life being the hated child, you tend to cling to the few people who truly care about you. Its a relationship, but its a platonic one.
