Hahahahaha 😂 so cute they are so lucky your kids, parents now a days are so strick. In my days back in the 80s when I was a small kid we came home went to bed late ate lots of candies but then my dad would hide the candies for the rest of the year🤦‍♀️. My 9 year has off from school the next day so he's pretty lucky as well, he gets to trick or Treat and come home late and watch a Halloween movie and eat lots of Candy . My son decided one year to save his Halloween candy & he put it in the freezer. When his Birthday rolled around in February he asked me to take him to the “Orange Store.” After many questions I finally asked him what he wanted to BUY at the Orange store. He said, “I wanna use my birthday money to buy some WOOD to build a candy stand.” Entrepreneur in the making. That kid was always trying to sell stuff! 😂😂 He’s now a Doctor of Physical Therapy & still sells stuff, managing his money. 😂🎉❤ When he was 10, He bought shoe cleaner he saw at the fair, came home, asked me to help him make business cards & then went around the neighborhood advertising his shoe/purse/leather jacket cleaning services. 😂 He wanted to sue Jamba Juice when he was 9 for “stealing his idea” because they built a store in the exact location that he envisioned wanting to put “a store where we can mix up a bunch of fruits & vegetables into a blended drink & sell it to people.” He was seriously SO angry because he truly believed they stole his idea, poor kid. He still comes up with great ideas, that guy! Your Halloween candy triggered a flood of memories from his childhood so thank you for that journey down my memory lane! ❤

Learned from my dentist, let them go hog wild with the candy. “You can eat as much as you want in the next 30 minutes, then you’re done for the night.” They would tucker out in about 20 minutes and give up. Brush and done. In the next few days they would feel burned out and not give it any attention. Great trick
