McConaghy Contracts - 70 Years in Business

Grassmen have been following McConaghy Contracts for a few years now and Donkey has been a fan for as long as he can remember but for Bob 'The Gaffer' McConaghy and his family contracting is a way of life and has been since he and his brother bought their first tractor and started the business 70 years ago.

Met him at his yard, pure gentleman. They got a lift to belfast to collect the tractor in the back of a Bushmills distillery truck lying under the tarpaulin. Legend.
That’s some going for an 87 year old man to be out and about like that. more power to him
What a great achievement. Clearly they have continually moved with the times and kept innovating which is key. Our family business will celebrate 50 years next year, a fact I will be extremely proud of.
