Since I've already applied for the state councelling of Punjab whose result is on 2november , so if I apply for aiq also (result on 21 October) and I get alloted a college through aiq even before my state's result is out , if I claim that college through aiq, will I be still considered for the state councelling?

This year UP expected cutoff was 610-615 and I scored 625 (1st attempt)...I was chill that I will get a seat but see what happen "Even Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle is more certain than these paper leaks".
