MCAT Question: What Chemistry Reactions do I Need to Know for the MCAT?
Here, I talk about a reaction I came across when I was reading a paper. Understanding and classifying reactions is a big part of the MCAT, and I hope this video helped break them down. Please subscribe and like if you enjoyed the video! :)

This is great! Can you also go over other mechanisms as well like, keto enol tautomerism, aldol condensation, and claisen condensation?
So cool.
If only the questions were this easy on my MCAT...lol I did get a 129 on the Chem/Phys part tho
So, even if you have more H's added with the O, it is still considered an oxidation?

that would be considered a reduction reaction. Look at the Redox table, more H's means a gain in hydrogen= reduction
