Cool! Thank you for the awesome chat Matt!
Are you planning on playING BG3 on the channel when it comes out in two plus weeks?
Wow his collection is fantastic. My "comfort game" has always been Ultima Underworld.
Finally have time to watch this from start to finish. Amazing interview. Truly amazing. Incredible collection. Boggles my mind. You know, when I saw the Wing Commander 3 movie reel canister, I remembered that I actually have one that is defective from the factory. It didn't come with the large decals. Weird, huh? I had Elite Plus! Bought it new. And, of course, threw it in the garbage decades ago. Derp! I'm in the same mindset, as well, because of that... I could spend all day in that museum... PISSED at myself. Glad you're feeling better!
I too have a "Anne Bras" size collection that I one day hope to have also located in a museum! Right now I'm just in the process of archiving all of my Big Box Games then going through the small boxes as well at some point!
Didn't know about those Dungeon Keeper easter eggs, really cool.
that collection is Godly
3:00 My god, I HAVE a bottle of that Fallout beer! Someone gave me it for, I think, a Christmas a long while back. It's still in the back of the cupboard. As for sealed games, I keep the seal on most but there are certainly times when I'd rather have it taken off: if there's some REALLY cool stuff inside there, or if I want it signed. I got a copy of Gateway II: Homeworld sealed from the original designer and deliberately asked for it to be unsealed when they signed it as signing on the plastic rather than the box seemed like a bad idea.

Let me know what it tastes like! Regarding seals, other than the prestige factor of being the first to open it, there are better ways to protect it. As Anne says, in my experience keeping them out of sunlight and high humidity is the key.

@@MattBarton I don't think I'll open the beer. From what I can tell, it's just a regular Carlsberg in the bottle rather than something specially made.
