This Street is Long Overdue for repaving...how come that wasnt going on during the health emergency?

First of all if your insinuating a newer bus fleet into the system least you could do is repave all the roads, just like the T has to always replace rail ties when introducing new vehicles...those poor tires are taking a beating!!!!
